Based in Ottawa, Jaime 'Hi-Me' Farfan is an international fitness presenter, model, and Zumba® Instructor (ZIN™), training and licensing more than 10,000 Zumba® Instructors in five continents since 2009.
Originally from Cali, Colombia, he fell in love from an early age with dance and was introduced to the world of fitness over 20 years ago.
He specializes in helping people attain their health and fitness goals, focusing on body and lifestyle transformations and teaching seductive dance choreography, or “sexy dancing” as he likes to call it.
Jaime holds professional certifications from Can-Fit-Pro, ACE and AFAA, and spends his time travelling the world, sharing his passion for dance, fitness, and nutrition.
